This international mail art exhibition ran March 16-August 30, 1991, at Kunstkanzlei and Hypobank galleries in Vienna. Participants included many Fluxus artists (Dick Higgins, Alison Knowles, Wolf Vostell, Ken Friedman, Jean Dupuis, Joe Jones, Daniel Spoerri, Ben Vautier, Bob Watts), as well as Ay-O, Christo, Mayumi Handa, Saori, and many others.
